Every good couponer wants to find a reliable source for free printable coupons for groceries and other merchandise that they buy and consume. After all, free coupons is a great way for retailer to lure in potential customers and at the same time a great way for consumers to finally get a break on the food items that they would have purchased anyway.
I personally prefer the printable coupon method over the coupons that arrive in the mail. I have a hard time finding exactly what I’m looking for on the preprinted coupons.
Here’s my method of couponing. I first make a solid grocery list. This is key, otherwise you will spend money on things that are fun or exciting or things that you feel like eating right then (which is what most marketers want you to do). Make a firm shopping list and then go to your preferred online coupon distributor and start from the top and do some searches. Once I find that a coupon is available for the item on my list, and I’ve also verified that my local store carries that item, I print it off and paperclip it to my shopping list. I continue this same pattern until I’ve gone through my entire list. Usually I find 10-15 items that can be discounted with coupons.
If you take the time to do this you will find that free printable coupons for groceries and other consumable will be worth your time and save you hundreds of dollars a year off of our grocery budget.
